Every I Heart Hoops piece is designed with care and built to last. We take quality seriously, because you deserve jewelry that keeps up you.
Something not right? We'll sort it.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery. We'll review the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable, hassle free.
How to get in touch
Email us at contact@ihearthoops.com or fill our contact form with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. And we'll take it from there.
Return shipping
If in the unlikely event a return is needed, you'll be responsible for the cost of sending the item back. Once we receive and inspect it, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
International orders
We're unable to accept returns for international orders, but if your item arrives faulty, please still reach out — we'll review your case and let you know what we can do.
Change of mind
We don't accept change of mind returns or exchanges, so please take a moment to review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions before buying, we're always happy to help — just reach out.
