Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, and shipped out of Australia. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping to all locations worldwide, that are available through AusPost. The estimated delivery time for orders in Australia is 3-6 business days. depending on your location. For international orders, depending on your location the estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days.

 

Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Unless your package is an Australian untracked letter (For orders of a shipping cost of $3.70).

Customs 
At the moment, US prices include customs. However please note that European prices do not include customs.
